A DIGITAL TOOLKIT FOR YOUTH EMPLOYABILITY

Background
Existing Employability Skills curriculum in the country often fails to meet changing industry requirements, adapt to learner needs and deliver high-quality learning.
To address this gap, the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) commissioned QUEST Alliance to develop an updated Employability Skills Curriculum for 25 lakh Indian youth in Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) across India.
While QUEST Alliance developed a comprehensive learner manual, they realised a digital learning experience was also needed to make it truly effective.
That’s where we came in. We designed 28 interactive digital lessons to complement the curriculum. This digital toolkit makes learning more engaging by providing opportunities for asynchronous and blended learning, filling in the gaps left by traditional manuals, and ensuring a more robust learning experience.
